Fees & Services

At Discovered By we pride ourselves on the fact that our services are self-funding through expert purchase negotiation and our efficiency in planning and delivering building work. Our clients are individuals and the services we offer them may vary. We tailor our fees to each client, however, this is our typical fee structure:

Search and Purchase

We ask for a registration fee of £1,000 prior to the commencement of the search. This fee is fully deductible from the final success fee and is based on a 12 week search period.

Our success fee is payable upon exchange of the sales contracts and is 1.5% of the final purchase price, this is an inclusive price with no VAT to pay.

Architectural Services

Whether or not you instructed us to search for your property or what stage your purchase has reached we offer design packages to suit you. Perhaps you are considering offering on a property and want an expert to help you to visualise its potential, talk you through what the development of it would involve and to help you to realise that potential. Every project is different and so our fees are tailored to individuals.
