As a new client we will first meet with you, free of charge, to discuss your property dreams and how we can help you to achieve them. From a country house to a beachside cottage or self-build plot, we tailor our search around you.
We do a lot of listening to get to know your real requirements so that we can successfully identify properties that have the potential to offer exactly what you're looking for.
Discovering the Location
Understanding your lifestyle is vital to us being able to identify your ideal location and property. We draw on years of local knowledge and our extensive network to provide you with expert advice on what matters to you, whether it be schooling, transport links or leisure pursuits.
For a small fee we offer driven tours of the short-listed areas so you can evaluate the local amenities, property style and transport links for themselves.
